Hi,  As a condition in startup, I would like to check that the a variable named $env:ondrive is empty. If it is, I would like OneDrive.exe to be started so that they can configure it. Unless there is another way to do this, I would appreciate any suggestions. We are using instant clones, and the DEM version is 2303. Thanks for any help!

Hi,  I am using DEM to map printers. The message in the async log is "Scheduled printer mapping for async processing" but the printer never appears... I am really struggling here. We are running Horizon 7.0...  Thank you in advance for any help!  

Hi,  I am able to map a drive using DEM when I log on with my domain1 account. If I log on with my domain2 account (which has permissions to the drive), it says network path not found. It still shows \\servername\myusername that it is trying to map but has the network path not found. I have tried the IP and the FQDN but no luck. However, my profile is definitely looking at that share to store my Desktop without any mapping. It can find that \\servername\username if it's mapping my profile to it. It's the drive mapping that won't work.  Also, when logged in as my domain2 account, I can manually map the drive. This problem occurs whether I am using a domain1 workstation or a domain2 workstation. Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks

Hi, Does anyone know what the correct process is to move a gold image to a new datastore, with the purpose of moving the pool to the new datastore as well? We are moving from a VMFS5 to a VMFS6 datastore. Thanks!

Hi, I put the host in maintenance mode without setting the InstantClone.Maintenance annotation value. I also manually deleted the 2 instant clones I had. Since then I have brought up the host and put it back into maintenance mode according to these instructions. However I am still getting the above error. Nothing will provision. Select the host that you want to put in maintenance mode. If you are using the vSphere web client, make sure that the plug-in to edit Annotations is installed. Look up Annotations in the host's Summary tab and set InstantClone.Maintenance to 1. Wait up to 3 minutes and the parent VMs on this host will be deleted. Also, the value for InstantClone.Maintenance will change to 2. Put the host in maintenance mode. This host will no longer be used for provisioning. Perform maintenance. Take the host out of maintenance mode. Clear the InstantClone.Maintenance annotation value. As new provisioning happens, parent VMs and then instant clones will be created on this host. HI, Has anyone been successful at disabling the first sign-in animation for the Horizon Windows 10 desktops? The only way we've been able to the GPO to work is to update the policy on the gold image and rebuild the machines. Thanks for any assistance!
