  Hello Everyone I am running a automated Desktop Pool where I am trying to publish a new Golden Image with a mew Golden Snapshot. I now scheduled a new image to be published immediately, but it fails after a few seconds - I now stopped the Publishing and restarted the process, but it fails immediately The users are logged off and I also selected "Force Sign out"- I also restarted the Server - The firewall is disabled - The Image and snapshot have been created with the official guide - Publishing the first time worked without any issues I was not able to find anyone with this Problem, do you may know what I could try? Hello,    I am trying to use the guest login on Shared iPad for business. Goal is to let guests use the iPads and delete their data between each guest logins. But my deployed apps are not showing up. I understand that the apps on shared iPads are deployed to users but is there a way so that the guests can also use the apps ? Basically, I need to make all the deployed apps available to Guest sessions and then delete the app data when they sign out.   Thanks!
Hi,  Did you find a solution ? I am trying to setup the Guest account so that the data is removed between guest logins. Problem is that the apps are hidden in guest mode.  Thanks!

Newbie here...inherited an environment/server that has WS One UEM( version 23.6.0.7) installed on a 2012 R2 server. Reviewing the server the cloud connector is installed. There is no SQL database reference on the server. What steps are required to upgrade/migrate existing setup to a new 2016 server? Would an in-place upgrade work or can one export existing configurations and import into new server? Thanks in advance.
 Uninstalling Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime and Visual C++ helped with the installation. 
I understand that and I am fine with my post moving to a different community. I have not received any helpful replies from any community thus far. I am unsure who to contact for a resolution now.

The other two posts that you have also created need deleting - moderators should do that at some point too.
I tried version 2303 and now got this error:   How can I get eventlogs?
Perhaps try a different version .. 2306 for intance. Do the eventlogs of you system show any issues/errors?

IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP! Today when I tried to launch Vmware Horizon Client it suddenly crashed. So I uninstalled and tried to reinstall it but now I am getting this error:  It throws this error after completing three quarters of the installation. I uninstalled anitvirus software and also tried running it as Administrator but no success. Please help me out as I need the client to start my work day. I am using Windows so trying to install latest version of Horizon 8.0->2309

What happens when you try to play video in chrome? Try this, start a video in Chrome window 1, open a new chrome, and start another video, and if you start even another one.. what happens then? Are you able to play 3 videos at the same time without lagging/freezing? We have HW Acceleration enabled, so I see that Chrome will use GPU - 3d and offload GPU traffic to the grapich cards on the esxi. But if we do the same with FireFox, it works pretty well.. We tried PCoIP and Blast... same result. We tried old version (chrome version 86) and new version, same result.. Blast settings configure: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\VMware, Inc.\VMware Blast\Config] "EncoderH264Enabled"="1" "EncoderH264YUV444"="0" "H264maxQP"="25" "H264minQP"="10" "MaxBandwidthKbpsPerMegaPixelSlope"="6200" "MaxBandwidthKbps"="2147483647" "MinBandwidthKbps"="256" "EncoderMaxFPS"="40" Are actually Chrome working fine for you guys here? Hi, are these pools using the same connection servers? I have a coupe of PODs, and need to be on the specific connection server to get the remote assist file downloaded...

Which version of firefox do you use? Is there any error message when you try the webcam on firefox? Could you help to open an bug for this problem and update your linux desktop logs?
