Thanks for your reply. Yes I have tried the above. Unfortunately this also provides every patch that also associates with that windows version.. Ideally I just need to know which devices are not on the latest version of windows and then I can setup a flow to Slack or even Jira to log a ticket saying this device needs to be upgraded etc...

The Platform Guides are where you are going to find all this: https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Workspace-ONE-UEM/services/rn/WorkspaceONEUEMDocumentation.html  Joel

In Intelligence, when you are building the report, in addition to setting the Platform as Windows Desktop, add the "OS Version" as a delimiter and set it to either "includes" all the versions you want to see or set it to "does not include" the versions you don't want to see. You have to convert the MS nomenclature from their marketing version to the actual reported version, i.e., Win10 21H2 = 10.0.19043. So, if I want to see all devices that DON'T have 10.0.19043 on them, I would set Platform equals (Windows Desktop) OS Version does not include (10.0.19043) This is going to return a lot of non-Win10 21H2 devices so you'll want to add more to the "Does not include" statement to only get the devices you want because with version numbers like that, there is no way to say 'show me all versions less than 10.0.19043' unfortunately other than saying "OS Version does not start with 10.0.19" or something like that. Hope that helps, Joel

WS1 - Report which devices are not on the lastest Windows OS? Can anyone tell me how to configure an Intelligence report in Workspace one? I am trying to create a report that shows all devices that do not have the latest Windows 10, version 21H2 OS installed. There are many options that you can do that say do\don't include certain patches or build, but when selected the report will show every single other patch that is not related... I just need to have a report that says these devices are not on Windows 10, version 21H2 OS, or does not have this build installed. Is this possible or has anyone else found a way to do this?

For anyone new to Workspace ONE, I would recommend heading over to https://techzone.vmware.com/ as it is an excellent resource for more information. After your familiar with policies and if you would like to see some more, I would recommend https://github.com/vmware-samples/euc-samples .  UEM-Samples>Profiles> Pick-your-os. On the github above there is also some good resources in the euc-samples/UEM-Samples/Utilities and Tools/ -In Generic there is an Excel Add-in that can assist you with importing data into excel.  I personally haven't tried it but this may help you extract some of the info.

For which platform do you want this list? All of them? Just iOS? I can tell you either way, it's going to be a long list.  The first place to start would be the platform device management documents here: https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Workspace-ONE-UEM/services/rn/WorkspaceONEUEMDocumentation.html For example, if you want all the capabilities for Android Enterprise, dig into the Android Device Management doc under the "Manage Android and Chrome Devices" section. Hello all. We have Horizon for our desktops, using Linux thin clients all Version 2111.  Everyone has a Dell 515 USB soundbar with a mic.  My issue is my always works (Analog headset in the 3.5mm port) but some users that use the speaker and mic with no headset will sometimes not have a mic.  Their solution is to unplug the usb sound bar and plug it back in and then it works.  Wait a couple hours for the next call and they may have to do the same thing.  We have over 250 of these sound bars so I would like to get them working and not have to replace them. Any ideas / experiences or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  I saw a post about Windows trying to put devices into low power mode which makes sense why unplugging and repluging fixes it for that call.  But I am not seeing power management on the VMWare Virtual Mic.  We are not using the MSTeams Optimization as the users are not technical and having to come back out to the thin client to manage the sound levels does not work for them.  So we have a GPO that turns that "feature" off.  We do have RTAV on so we are not redirecting USB over the WAN. Any help is welcome. Rich.
Hi, all. We have a new instance of Workspace One UEM. Is there a policy or baseline that will add Domain Admins to the local admin group in windows 10 that can be configured in the UEM?

In Workspace ONE or Horizon, how are 3pp licenses (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Premier Pro) purchased for a company before those Apps are displayed on the App Catalog? Say Company ABC's IT Admin want to include AutoCAD, Adobe Premier Pro and Microsoft Teams in their App Catalog, licenses are required to be purchased before they can be installed in a VM hosting server, right? How does Horizon handle 3PP license procurement and fulfillment for apps on the App Catalog? Thanks.
Good Morning : How to give limited access, so that a WorkSpace role (say Level 1) can only enroll devices (or) un-enroll via online OR batch process ?. Can you please help....Thank you
Find out who was involved in the procurement and supply of your licenses, the contacts they have may be a good starting point.
How do I find out who my VMWare Account Rep is?
I would suggest checking with your VMware Account Rep for a direct contact line.

I have been tasked with administering our Workspace One solution.  I have little knowledge of the product and don't have any reference material on our account.  I attempted to submit a technical support request but apparently our account doesn't have any associated products.  I need to speak with a human being about getting support and can't find a phone number. Any suggestions?
