Hello All, Very new to API's and using Postman to start thing off.  I have been searching quite a bit but cannot seem to get information on being able to login to the Orchestrator using Postman.  I have an admin account to log in to the VCO and an API token under my username but cannot find the proper syntax or code examples.  If anyone is able to point me in the right direction that would be great.

In an On Premise SDWAN Topology running 4.5.1 Image and after a Power Outage of a certain Branch Edge, we have Issues with a local Velo DHCP Service to local ARUBA Access Points. It seems that the DHCP Option 43 for Controller is not forwarded correctly to the APs causing a continuous restart of APs. When we deactivate the local DHCP in Velo and Activate it in a local Customer's router, the Operation of APs is recovered back to Normal.   Existing Version of VCO : ©2022 VMwareversion:    R4.5.1 (R451-20220810-0339-GA-ca6c34faf7) Existing Version of VCG : ©2022 VMwareversion:    R451-20220701-GA-c4bf017936 Existing Version of Edges : ©2022 VMwareversion: R4.5.1 [R451-20220916-GA-71210a2ce7]   Is there any register of such an issue ? Your comments will be much appreciated. Thanks so much

Hi Folks, Good day. Im trying to setup a brownfield topology wherein; Sample Topology; ISP 1/ISP2 ---->VCE via GE1 and GE2------LAN1 --------------->3rd party firewall----------------> core switch Ive configured the 3rd party firewall with local ip connected to VCE LAN1 and default route 0/0 pointing to VCE LAN1. All internet routes will traverse to the 3rd party firewall (L3) then to VCE LAN1 then VCE will have the GE1 and GE2 connected to the ISPs. My issues;   -VCE monitoring dashboard will only see the 3rd party firewall IP (ofcourse) since it is natted.   -I cannot monitor end users actual ip addresses behind the 3rd party firewall.   -The idea is 3rd party firewall should not be removed.   -Branch to HUB vpn is not working   -AWS to VCE gateway is not working Can someone please recommend the best approach on this kind of setup? Thanks, A

So i managed to isolate the issue in one scenario. This happens only when the edge is connected in a different network than the VCO and VGO. When i connect the edge to the same network as VCO and VGO , everything works fine. When i connect the edge with 2 interfaces , one in the same network as VCO and VCG and another in a different network, it works. It only doesn't work when all interfaces are in a different network than VCO and VCG , despite activated correctly.

Hello everyone   I am using VCO, VGO and edge version 5.0.0.1, everything was working fine until one day I came to the lab and found the nodes to be in hang state, so I redeployed VCO and VGO with no issues, but whenever I connect an edge, it gets connected for a minute or so, then it says disconnected, despite being rechable from VCO and VGO, and I can use the edge console and see that it is activated. I though maybe something happened to my images, so I downloaded 5.0.1 and I had the exact same issue. I tried a different new lab in another Eve and got the same issue   any idea how to fix this ? did I miss something during the deployment of VCO or VGO ? Thanks in advance

I googled it quite a bit but I am unable to find the stencils for our Edge 620 and 640 except the ones on NetZoom, which requires a subscription. We've deployed our 620s and 640s a few months ago. The dust has now settled. It's time to tidy and up, document everything, and put together some nice diagrams with the stencils. Are there official stencils for VeloCloud Edge devices by VMware?

Good Afternoon,   WE are running Velocloud Edge 610s. We have Cisco APs in our environment and as such we need to use DHCP option 43 to point the APs at the Wireless Controller. Can someone point me to documentation or show me an example of how to configure DHCP option 43 on a Velo vlan for a Cisco wireless access point? This is easy on the old Cisco routers we are migrating from. Just not been able to get working on Velo as of yet.. Thanks So Much!

I have been asked to use the rest API v2 to pull data for different models including gateways, links, partners and customers info among others.  It seems that the API v1 had all the necessary end points to access all of that, but I can't seem to find any way using the API v2 to retrieve similar info especially related to gateways, edges, links and parteners/clients/enterprise. Apologies if I'm mixing concepts here but I'm also new to this Orchestrator. Api v2 https://developer.vmware.com/apis/vmware-sase-platform/vmware-sdwan/v1.0/api/sdwan/v2 Api v1 https://developer.vmware.com/apis/1237 Could someone point me in the right direction to see how can I fetch mainly links, gateways info such as IP's, assets and any other metadata?   Thanks in advance,
Hi Priya, Where/how can I check the snmpd version?   Thank you, Volodymyr
