I don't have the answer. What about clustering with Velocloud Virtual Appliance on Azure? https://youtu.be/n6sYpxinHPg
Thank you Priya. It is clear now.

Hi Aakash, Yes, we saw this property, but for some reason it always equals "00:00:00:00:00:00". We have two edge620 and the behavior is similar. Can it be related to some misconfiguration on these devices? Regards, Yuriy
The ifindex displayed by both OIDs is expected to match and SNMP request is served by snmpd. Could you let us know the version of snmpd that you are running?   Thank you, Priya
Thanks for the answer
I also wish to confirm what do you mean by " removing/re-adding edge" ? If you are referring to the Delete edge ("edge/deleteEdge") operation, no properties would remain the same.
Hello! BGP Route summarization functionality is available from release 5.1

Advertising into the overlay means a route that is locally learnt on an edge will be sent to the Velo gateway which then reflects it to all other edges in the enterprise (based on the config) One example - Say we configure a static default route on a hub pointing to some LAN side interface. Now when this route is advertised to the overlay, all other edges that receive this route will install the route in their FIB and the next hop will point to the hub

Having a L2 switch between the HA pair is fine as long as there is no latency induced. We have strict latency requirements in HA. We exchange heartbeats every 100ms and we failover if we miss 7 heartbeats. Any latency that might get induced due to a L2 switch in between might incorrectly induce a failover.
Hi vkokodyn, For this query, I have reached out to subject matter experts in our team.  Will get back to you as soon as we have a response.    Thank you, Priya
Hi Yuriy, Both the edge "id" and "logicalId" are unique for an edge.    Thank you, Priya
Hi Yurii, You could get macAddress for an edge using API "edge/getEdge", the attribute name is `selfMacAddress`   Thanks, Aakash
Hi Community, We are working with VMware API and need to find out which of edge's identifiers ("id", "deviceId" and "logicalId") stays constant even after removing/re-adding edge. Regards, Yuriy
Hi everyone, I poll IP addresses and Interfaces for VeloCloud EDGE6X0 device via SNMP OIDs 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1 and 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2 in accordance. For example, ipAdEntIfIndex (1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.2)... See more...
Hi everyone, I poll IP addresses and Interfaces for VeloCloud EDGE6X0 device via SNMP OIDs 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1 and 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2 in accordance. For example, ipAdEntIfIndex (1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.2) returns the following values 2, 1, 18, 20, 17, 16 and ifIndex (1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1) returns 16777218, 16777219, 16777220, 16777221, 16777222, 16777223, 16777224, 16777225. How can I map IP address with Interface by ifIndex, if it is completely different? Is there any other SNMP OIDs I could use? Please advice.

Hello Marco thank you for your answer but my question is pretty basic what is the meaning of advertising default route on sdwan device? Does it mean that spoke's default route will point to hub? And that default route is injected by hub by advertising it to spoke?

@marcoh2019Thanks for your response. Yes, the Edge has internet access and is also reachable to VCO and VCF after being powered on. As I mentioned, needed to reactivate the vEdge after powered on. Someone suggested me to disable the Cloud-init once the edge is activated but i don't know to disable it and also i am not sure this will resolve my issue.
