I upgraded to VMWare Fusion 13.5 for the direct X 11 Support, but now after the upgrade of Fusion and the VM to the latest VM type... Display is now locked at 1024 x 768 in Windows 11ARM after upgrade to 13.5, I gave the display adaptor 4 gigs of ram and its still locked.

It seems Windows 10 Pro 20h2 installed HyperVisor components that break the bridged network, perhaps NAT and other types as well.  Reinstalling VMWare Workstation 16 and selecting repair fixed it for me. Setup detected HyperVisor Guardian and asked if I wanted to install support for it, I selected yes. It installed, rebooted system and my networks in VMware were working again.
