I'm also experiencing this issue. I tried not using the "enhanced" keyboard driver, but the problem still occurs. I have a Win10 host and an Ubuntu 22.04 guest. The only "special" configuration in my setup was disabling "Automatically grab and ungrab the mouse" in Global Preferences -> Input because it caused strange behavior in my multi-monitor setup. But this worked flawless in pervious versions.
