We have several Windows 10 Pro 64 bit laptops, running VMware Workstation 16. They all run the same Windows 10 Pro 64 bit VM. Occasionally when any USB device (USB flash stick, USB-serial converter, etc.) is removed, even when disconnect or eject properly, the VM crashes hard. The VM starts back up fine, but any unsaved work gets lost. Is there something that can be changed to fix this? Thanks Justin
