It has not been answered. I have VM Workstation and regardless if I change the value of the "Firmware Type" in the VM Settings or I edit *.vmx file. My VM Image will not longer be bootable if I change it from UEFI to BIOS. That is why I am asking what the process is for modifying the VM image to work with BIOS verses UEFI ?
