Hi, I have VMware Workstation 16 Player installed on my system. I have attempted to upgrade to Windows 11, but received this error message - 'Uninstall this app because it isn't compatible with Windows 11'. Has anyone else received this message and is there a work around without actually having to uninstall VMware Workstation 16 Player. Thank you.

OS: CentOS 7. I wanted to start vmplayer from the terminal, but was given a message: 'Before you can run VMware, several modules must be compiled and loaded into the running kernel'. I clicked install and both, vmmon and vmnet were installed; however when VMware started up, there were error messages in the terminal. [Screenshot Attached] How can I be sure that these errors won't cause problems down the line?

Hi ender_, I received this message too. Is this because I have Hyper V enabled? Also, I was reading some info online and apparently VMware and Microsoft worked together in order to allow users to use VMware Workstation Player when Hyper-V was enabled. Surely, I shouldn't be having these issues since I am using both: VMware Workstation 16 Player and am running Windows 10 20H2. Hi there. I wondered if someone could help me. I am trying to create a CentOS VM using VMware Workstation 16 Player, but when I try to power on the VM, I get an error message - 'Attached' 'Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is not supported on this platform. Continue without virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT' If possible, please could you help me as this VM was working perfectly fine a few months ago. Kind Regards, Tamoor
