It actually stopped working in build 20270 - prior to that there has been no problem running in insider builds. What I have found -: VM configured with >1 processor -> it wont power on at all and gives the ULM error 0x5 VM configured with 1 processor -> powers on and starts booting but crashes when the USB controller is accessed with same ULM 0x5 error VM with no USB and 1 processor -> appears to boot.
