Hi, So I am trying to shutdown my Windows 10 VM but it is just stuck in a shutdown loop. I am using VMware Fusion 12.1.0 on a MacBook Pro. OS is Catalina 10.15.7. Any bright minds who can help me turn off this machine? I have tried to kill the VM machine from Activity Monitor but as I start the VM library so is the Windows machine going in the shutdown loop.
Yes i have seen that. Unfortunately at that moment this was the only choice. But thanks for the advice, will definitely try something else in the future.

This made that every time when my Mac was going into sleep mode after 5 minutes the User was logged out and therefore turning off everything Fix it by turning off the option Now my Ubuntu server is up running in the sleep mode even if is soft or hard all Thank you all for taking the time to help me:) Really appreciated
I have a server running in a VM so before the upgraded the VM was able to work in the background even if the iMac was sleeping. I bassically want the VM to be active even if my Mac is sleeping.

Hi guys I am experiencing after upgrading to 15.5.5 version that if my iMac goes into sleep mode then Fusion suspends the VM. I have tried to fix the problem by adding "suspend.disabled = "TRUE" in the VM vmx. file but it didn´t help at all. Any advice? I should mention that I haven´t got this problem with the older version of Fusion!
