Sorry, for the mix up. May have accidentally listed the current new folder I use for the VM. Anyway I'm not entirely comfortable providing hdd1 or 2 metadata because I don't know what exactly that is since those contain a lot of private/sensitive information. Yes actual_desktop is the one. There's a lot of junk on hdd1 and 2 since they are a simple empty non persistent drives I dump random stuff like downloads, cache and etc alongside a few files I'd like to keep. Is there any way I could recover the data myself?
Hi, apologies for the late response. Anyway I got the script to work and dumped the metadata.

I've noticed that VMware uses .flp files to automatically install Windows along side the VMware tools. Is it possible to somehow modify and repack this so it does more? Or use something else that basically does the same?
Hello, I have a VM that I use for work and I'd prefer to limit it's connection just to the LAN, however I want other computers to connect to it inside the LAN not just the host. Is this possible?
I have two monitors and I would like the VM to auto full screen only into my second monitor. Is there any vmx flags or command line parameters for that? I'm using VMware 14.
