@Technogeezer thank you for your Q&A post! Is there any option that allows me to convert a bootcamp running on intel to a VM to eventually run on an M1 Mac? I know you can import the bootcamp in VMWare Fusion to convert it into a virtual machine, but if you then want to use that virtual machine on an M1 Mac, how can that be done? Is there no way to convert it?

Anyone have experience on using bit locker to encrypt a bootcamp disk and then still having access through VMware Fusion after encryption? I have difficulty booting up into bootcamp as a start up disk for some unknown reason so I use VMware to boot into the disk.

Hi there, I am a new VMWare Fusion user. I usually use Parallels. -I have a 2018 MacBook Pro 13 inch with Touch Bar. I am running Windows 10 inside VMWare Fusion 11.0.2. -However, there seems to be an issue with many programs if I have "Use full resolutions for retina display" checked with the default values. -A lot of programs have the text, etc shrunk in such a way that you cannot even access various components of those programs running in Windows 10. -I have never had this issue with Parallels running the exact same setup. -The virtual machine has VMware tools installed correctly (I have even done a full uninstall and install ini v11.0.1). -I am running the virtual machine in a full window. Ideally I'd like to use the retina display settings, but I cannot given the scaling issues. In order to actually make the virtual machine useable, I have unchecked the "use full resolutions for Retina display" setting, and have manually changed the scaling in Windows 10 display settings to the recommended 100% at the non-high resolution resolution recommendation. Any ideas on how to fix this issue, so that I can use the programs properly like Parallels with the Retina display settings? -Thanks.
