Hi Scott. I have had VMware for many years and every time VMware offers an update, I always upgrade and pay the additional cost. Of course, I have the key otherwise it would be silly of me asking the question. I am using VMware Fusion 12 and would like to upgrade to VMware Fusion 12 Pro.  Every time I try to upgrade I have a message saying  Quote Our records indicate that you have no registered products eligible for upgrade.             To complete your order, register an eligible product then try again."
I have tried to upgrade my fusion to Pro 12 It tells me I need to register my VMware, which I have done I have emailed support but only receive emails for links to upgrade. hum!! You would think i... See more...

Good news I fixed it followed the link below   Link: https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-Fusion-Discussions/mouse-click/m-p/2246451     Have you quit VMware Fusion and re-open it after you checked the accessibility option?  Can you try with the following steps and see if it help: 1) Close all running VMs and quit Fusion. 2) Open System Preferences==>Security & Privacy==>Privacy==>Accessibility, remove VMware Fusion and re-add it into the list. 3) Launch VMware Fusion, run Windows 10 VM.

Hi Frank, My name is Stephen Anthony, and I have been assigned to work on your Support Request #. As I understand, from the issue description that the issue is technical in nature since you have reached the lice using the team I would not be able to assist you on this issue. I owuld  like to inform you that on tracking the account I found that you're currently having Workstation 10 license key active on your account. F5rank, Workstation  10 is an End of Availablity product and there is no support assistance as well. please go ahead and purchase an upgrade for the license key of workstation 14 you would have  30 days complimentary support and also it should be compatible with the current OS of your iMAC. If you still looking for assistance you can go ahead and file a support request on the protal itself.
