Thanks Steve, I experienced this 'feature' this morning after a W10 upgrade. I changed the registry entry as you instructed, and my vmware-host drives now map ok. However, now I can't seem to connect to other computers on my local peer network. The messages is "An unexpected network error occurred" Any insights? Richard
