Hi I have VMWare 16 running on a HP Probook and I am trying to set up a win 10 guest on the box - I have a problem that the install goes fine so far then when coming to display the Win10 desktop all the menus are distorted and unreadable, guest something to doi with the graphics drivers. Not got as far as installing VMware Tools - can read the menus to continue. has anyone else experienced this problem and can anyone recommend a solution ?   Thanks in advance     Pat

Hi I have a simple Windows 10 Pro vm configured in VMWare Workstation 15. I have a Canon laser printer configured as an IP printer. Evertime I print out from the VM I just get a blank sheet being printed. This problem is driving me mas, any help or idea's would be appreciated. Many thanks and Merry Christmas Best Regards Pat

Morning Fellows VMer's I have a problem which I wonder if anyone can help with please - I am running VMWare Workstation 12 under Ubuntu 16.04. I am trying to run the patch that will allow a Mac OSX to be configures but am getting the following error - wondered if anyone can help and get this problem sorted. Hi There Just built a Windows 10 VM using Workstation Pro 12 - having terrible problems getting the screen resolution correct - have tried uninstalling and reinstalling VMWare tools and unched the 3D accelerator but this seems to make no difference. Can anyone advise please Many thanks Pat

Hi Everyone Recently built a new VM Machine in Workstation12 and have a problem with the screen resolution, have tried un-installing and re-installing VMWare Tools and have tried disabling the 3D Accelerator but still will not go into full screen resolution. Can anyone help please Thanks Pat

Hello People I have a common problem, I have two PC's - one Windows 8.1 running VMWare WorkStation 10 and one running Windows 7 HP with VMware WorkStation 9 that is the throughput of data when copying large amounts of data from the VM it's self. Wondered if anyone could help - I have installed the latest version of VMWare Tools and that does not seem to have made any difference, to let you know the scale of the problem if I copy data on the host machine I get around 12meg per second transfer rate, on the guest machine I am lucky if I get a transfer rate of 1.2meg. Hello I am running VMWare Workstation 9 on my laptop with a wireless LAN, I have just noticed a problem, everything works fine in the VM's connecting to the internet and collecting email etc. However for some reason the wireless on the host machine now no longer works, I am using bridged connections, anyone have any idea's Many thanks Pat

Hello I am sure this question must have been asked before but is there any EASY way to create a new VM machine but restoring a WIM image into it ? As I am quite new to this kind of thing so step by step instructions would be appreciated. Many thanks Regards Pat
