Customer connect portal have two links under the learning tab and both are redirecting to the following page: https://mylearn.vmware.com/gw/view/login and giving error 431 which I checked over Internet for the error and found: "Error 431, which officially says "Request header fields too large," means the server has dropped the request. The header sent by the user is either too long or too large, and the server denies it. Web developers can request all kinds of data from users." So in this case I am having issue in my request header? or there is some issue with the site itself? Regards, Sachchidanand

Not being able to jump back and forth is quite a downer, especially since my Enterprise Learning Subscription is really not cheap. In addition, the portal in Chrome does not work cleanly for me. It was pain in the ass to activate the ELS.
it seems they started fixing the issue (now you can control the videos in some courses). But in case they did not fix the rest, you could use this extension (Video Speed Controller) Regards,

Here are the answers as I have them today regarding Core Technical Skills / VCTA course access:
1. For IT Academy instructors only:
- You can ask for access to the IT Academy instructor group on VMware customer connect Learning. Here is the procedure to do that:
https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-IT-Academy-Discussions/Announcement-VITA-Instructors-can-now-access-upon-request-the-On/m-p/2285487#M79
2. For IT Academy instructors and students:
- Your BrightSpace portal admin will have to create a class on the BrightSpace platform, add the CTS courses to them, and add/invite the students and instructors to them. Here is the procedure to do that:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7cGd_ovnW4&list=PLed0kaz2V29WzBqu7UOfvA_L2hopcUWjM&index=4
3. For non IT Academy students:
- To access the core technical skills / VCTA courses you will have to purchase a learning subscription with VMware learning. Here is where you can do that:
https://store-us.vmware.com/vmware-customer-connect-learning-premium-subscription-5343779800.html
Hope this helps,
