I have 2 distributed portgroups in the same Virtual Switch. Portgroup-1 has the following configurations, NIC teaming policy : Applied Load balancing algorithm : Route based on IP hash VLAN Type : VLAN VLAN ID : 1364 Override port policies : Block Ports are allowed, the rest all disabled. I have enabled promiscuous mode on portgroup-2, and expecting the traffic of portgroup-1 in portgroup-2. But I'm not able to receive the traffic at portgroup-2. Portgroup-2 has the following configurations, NIC teaming policy : Applied Load balancing algorithm : Route based on originating virtual port VLAN Type : VLAN VLAN ID : 1364 Override port policies : Block Ports are allowed, the rest all disabled.

Hi fellow, Well, I am an Aria newbie. In VRA, I created a IP pool, but the deployment process is not able to retrieve and configure an IP from the pool. I guess why. I am trying to deploy a VM based on an Linux RHEL91 Image with Static IP but the IP is not updated according to the network range configured in VRA/Infrastructure/Configure/NetProfiles/MyNet/ManageIPRanges/MyPool I tried in my own LAB and I tried in the HOL-22021-12-CMP Lab, the result is the same: the IP is not updated with an IP available from the pool but remains the same thane it is set in the template. Please, tell me what is wrong with my config ( Attached Screenshot showing the HOL config and result)

I am new to VMware environments. We had 2 VM Exchange Servers that were turned off without uninstalling properly. For some reason it is still being seen by other systems. And now these 2 VMs are in Decommissioned folder for over 30 days. We want to turn them them on and properly uninstall them. So, other systems do not see them anymore.

I believe it is possible to paste text copied from your local machine into a HoL session. Is it possible though to do the reverse, i.e. select text in a HoL environment and paste it into a local doc...

The forwarding configuration looks fine. Can you confirm that the host system allows (doesn't block) these ports on its firewall, and that the ports are not in use by the host itself? André
