Not sure what to do here, I requested the reset twice, waiting over an hour before the second attempt. I checked my spam/junk folder and also reached out to our network team for the to check the Exchange quarantine. I reached out to chat about it, and after about 45 minutes - they responded with try back in 24-48 hours, I'm not sure why the credentials aren't shared with access here.
