Missing Camera (USB Video device) in Windows 11 x64 ARM VM
I currently have two Windows 11 x64 ARM virtual machines created with the same ISO installer, one of which correctly shows my MacBook Pro M2 Max camera, whereas the second does not. I noted the driver includes usbvideo.sys, and so I right-clicked on its associated usbvideo.inf file in the affected machine and successfully installed the hardware but it's still not displaying in my device list, not even as a hidden item. I've also tried reinstalling VMware Tools v12.3.0 to no effect. Is there anything I can do to get the FaceTime camera recognised?

I solved this issue by adding the camera as a new device from the VMware Fusion settings panel. The camera became visible as an option once I'd installed it in the Windows virtual machine.
