How to create the cluster in the existed vnet in Azure with TKG 1.2.0 or 1.2.1

TKG 1.2.0 always create the new vnet for each new cluster created in Azure. How to create the cluster in the existed vnet in Azure with TKG 1.2.0 or 1.2.1? Does vmware TKG team provide any technique support for TKG ?
