Becoming a VATC involves as many business considerations as technical considerations. It would probably be best for me to put you in contact with the relevant VATC manager. I have responded to Haitham privately. Thanks for chiming in, Scott; your advice was sound.

The requirements you most concern is your physical training lab that you have enough hosts and SAN for the students and two of them assign to hosts/SAN for the lab for the instructors just required two VCI on board and all gears/labs must be certified and bound to VMware educations standards which you will receive from VATC manager. Things might change lately but that's pretty standard info!
