partner with vmware

Hi

i need to finalize the partnership between my company and VMware , as they mentioned they need 2 VCP , 2 VTSP and 2 VSP

but they put it that tehy need only 1 if teh country is listed on VMware developed county , wher i can find this list to check my country is on is list
