Because a HD failure, I lost my ebook and eVantage online sesion has been expired. so I can't review my material again

Is there a way to download again my course VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V6] eBook again?

I have my order numbre and license with no expiration date.

I hope so.

If you go here: eTextbooks | Rent or Buy Online Textbooks | VitalSource  and download the app you can get your book again. You also can see the book via the web interface.

It's too sad. I only get a empty bookshelf message. I'm looking for my old backup files, but with no success.

You have to use your code to get your books again I believe. If you can't find it, send a not to education@vmware.com and they should be able to help.

And I think there is a year limit on the books (not unlimited).

The answer to access to my books was to download VitalDource Bookshelf. Once on my desktop, I found the tittles of my books and the hint to download them. It works!
