Regarding training: the ideal use of the 30 PSO credits you bought is to apply them to sending someone to the VMware Infrastructure 3: Install and Configure training course. In the course schedule listings here:

you may pay using PSO credits for any class marked with a "¢". Not all classes delivered by VMware Authorized Training Centers accept PSO credits yet for payment; we're actively working on this issue.
