First of all welcome to the community!

I started writing some guides on how to build a "home lab" for VCP5 study, using VMware Workstation as A.P mentioned which can be found here:

There's some placeholders for future labs, but install VMware Worksation as a trail, and follow this guide. It should get you well on the way to that coverted VCP5 cert!
