Spring professional certification Exam (2V0-72.22)

Hi,

I passed the Spring professional Exam (2V0-72.22)  last wednesday 27 of September 2023  but  I don't see any badge or certification, how much time it takes or did I missed something?

Did you meet the training requirement for the certification?

Yes, you have to meet all the requirements of the certification - so training and exam, in either order.

Ok, but I think that there should be some kind of validation so people do It on the right order.

People have always been free to meet the requirements in any order, the page I linked to shows the recommended order - every certification has a similar page showing the path options, with training options and exam details.

You also need to join the Spring: Core Training in Class training (On-Demand class is not available currently).

I followed that link and it says 'STEP 2 : (Required) Attend ONE of the training courses'. On clicking the dropdown the following options are given :

Courses used by VMware to develop this exam and strongly recommended to you for exam preparation:

Spring: Core Training

Spring: Core Training - On Demand (Retired but still qualifies)

Courses VMware will accept which meet training course requirements (List includes the courses used to develop this exam.):

Spring: Core Training

Spring: Core Training - On Demand (Retired but still qualifies)

Learning Path: Spring Certified Professional

Does the last in the list 'Learning Path: Spring Certified Professional' qualify as one of the training courses?

Yes, thats what I understood and is the one I am going to do, this seems to be just an yearly subscription but the other 2 you have to pay for a private teacher.

Thanks for your reply FranAlonso. Can we have verification of this by someone from VMWare? scott28tt

If it's on that page in the path, it's a valid option as far as I'm aware.

Email certification@vmware.com and ask them to confirm.

Hello,

I've written and now I'm waiting the official answer.

Reading the PDF's about the certification, I think both options are valid: the yearly subscription or the training.

I'm waiting a response tomorrow as far.

Regards

If your exam registration and course registration used the same email address, wait for 24 hours then check again.

If you still don't see the certification, or if the exam and course registrations used different email addresses, send details to certification@vmware.com
