What all documents need to be part of the VCDX-DCV...

The blueprint suggests Architecture design document , but the question is that do I have to also submit config doc, installation doc, validation doc etc as the supporting document.

Need more information on all the necessary supporting documents required for the submission of VCDX-DCV

Yes you will require supportive documents for example - Availability, Performance, Recovery, Management, Security, Constraints, Assumptions, Risk sand more....
