They dropped the Visio-style design tool from the 6.5 exam, and added multiple-choice and matching questions - as per the "Format" section of these pages:

6.5 exam: VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6.5 – Data Center Virtualization Design Exam
Which version you take is up to you, as per this change in the requirements:
