I have a vSphere and I want to modify vnc settings for VM, but when I use reconfig vm, it dosen't work unless I reboot the VM.
However, I could not find any docs to explain why
So, do I have to reboot?

and I try to edit settings for vm using vSphere, and then I find it doesn't work too unless I reboot vm
Use reconfigvm in java sdk to set vnc parameters, must restart vm to take effect?
