I too experience the same 30 second delay while the UEM does nothing.    I also use Mcafee Move as our agent-less scanner.   I have yet to put our exclusions in but will soon.   Of the several people whom are having this issue, how many are using Mcafee Move?   Hoping to find a pattern that may lead to a resolution.
