I'm seeing exactly the same issue in our environment. We are Floating Instant Clones with Horizon 7.6, vsphere 6.7, UEM 9.5 and AppVolumes 2.14.2, all flash storage, Windows 10 LTSB 1607. Let me know if you don't mind what is the result of the VMware call
