What I can see is that the host has no redundant power supply which gives u that warning..
if applicable, try to fix this problem and see..
for the time issue u either can set it manually or configure a NTP server for it through:

VMware KB:    Configuring Network Time Protocol (NTP) on ESX/ESXi hosts using the vSphere Client
