Really encouraging to hear I'm not the only one having this issue, I've been troubleshooting and searching for weeks. Hopefully we can both provide enough information to get this issue fixed.

I may try rolling back to an older version of Workstation is possible and see if the problem persists, even if it's a temporary workaround it'll allow me to work at least.
