I have Workstation Pro 17 installed on my Laptop. Is it possible to use my install of Workstation Pro 17 to create a VM of a remote Windows 7 client?

I have a client on the network running Windows 7 that I need to create a VM of but the client does not have workstation installed on it. I only have Workstation Pro 17 installed on my Laptop.
