workstation 16 error

Before i start i have to clarify:

I Use Windows 10 x64(tiny10)

My Vmware Workstation 16 is patched so i can install mac os

Now i am having this problem, when i am starting up MacOS 12 vm i get this error

can anyone tell how to fix this?

Version mismatch with vmx86 driver: expecting 416.0, got 410.0.

You have an incorrect version of driver 'vmx86.sys'. Try reinstalling VMware Workstation.

Failed to initialize monitor device.

And after i click ok i get this

Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken.

Please help

As your 3 posts show a violation of the Apple EULA for MacOS, and you cannot discuss such a topic here, they have all been reported to the moderators.
