You are using version 16.0.0 with an 11th gen Intel CPU with Hyper-V on the Windows 10 host. Monitor mode would show CPL0 if Hyper-V is not detected on the Windows host.
Update the Workstation software to 16.2.3 or 16.2.4. If I am not mistaken there was a crashing problem with newer CPUs when Hyper-V is detected on the host.
Or you could remove Hyper-V from the host, but that is another long-winded topic altogether.
