Clicking on Cycle Multiple Monitors on a Fedora 36 VM, Windows 11 host, doesn't actually use both my monitors.  It works fine in other Gnome 42 distributions, such as Pop! 22.04. Anyone else have this issue?  Any suggestions?

This is Workstation Pro 16.
