This issue is still ongoing. I have noticed that it consistently happens the first time I boot the Windows Server VM after a host restart. Because its consistent, this should make it easier to troubleshoot.

Can someone in VMware please let me know how to get to a solution for this issue? I'll be glad to grab whatever information you need to assist.
