Check if *.vmdk-dfgshkgrw-tmp inside of VM Folder.
Ceck if Folder *.vmdk.lck -> Lock File of Virtual Disk
run dir d:\*.* > filelist.txt and attach the resulting filelist.txt to a reply post
Also add *.vmx - Config-File of VM
