A couple of questions:

- Has anyone else experienced slow response in obtaining a license/key to Workstation after paying? Over 24 hours and nothing back from VMWare.

- Anyone know how to get through to someone on the phone? No one answers their phones at VMWare. I didn't know getting a license, which should be automatically generated, would be such a nightmare.
