NPCAP 1.20 fixed the annoying issue for me.
Please go to https://nmap.org/npcap/ and get the latest version. It was fixed by this commit: https://github.com/nmap/npcap/commit/7ea7deba9bc2ad6345126aa255176eb2a0097ee1
