Hi, I cannot update Windows 10 OS to latest versions because of VM Workstation 12.9.I would like to upgrade to VM Workstation Pro 16 but I have a question regarding my old VM's.Can I use my old VM's with VM Workstation Pro 16?

Yes, VMs are forward compatible (and can be made backward compatible too)
