The message box pops up immediately and the log file is never updated. The VM was last run over a year ago and the timestamp on vmware.log in the copy I am trying to run is the same as the one in the archive, in fact no files are touched according to the file date/times.

One more thing, the VM is a VMWare 12 machine. Is this a problem with VM 15 reading it?
