vmware-workstation-server (15.5.1) does not start on debian 10
Hi there,
maybe you have a clue. VMWare workstaion pro (15.5.1) works fine after installation on a debian 10, however the vmware-workstation-server will not start.
(I changed the port to 43443)

Debian 10 is not compatible with Vmware Workstation Pro 15.5.1
VMware Compatibility Guide - Guest/Host Search
if you also look in the attached file, you can verify that it is not compatible:

Hi there,
yes i'd love to, but where do i find the logs for the server? syslog only reports starting and stopping (see below) that is not helpfull at all.
The logs in /var/log/vmware do not contain any mention (grep) of "server"
