Successfully uninstalled 10.0.6 and re-installed 10.0.5, this version runs for me.

My colleagues have no problems with 10.0.6 (all installed from the same binary).

The only difference we can see is I'm on a Windows 8.1 64bit host, and they are still on Windows 7.
