as stated in the subject line the promo code I was sent for Workstation 7 does not work.

Now before anyone asks,

I have used IE, Mozilla and Chrome

I have cleared all caches

I have restarted the system in full

I have typed in the code - not cut and pasted

the promo code simply does not work.

Assistance gratefully received.
