Strange, that "take ownership" is mostly working, but sometimes need manual deletion of .lck folders...

April 27, 2023 and the solution is still valid. Deleting the (.lck) folder resolved the issue for me. Thank you.

Hi @wila the process you described about to shut it down i coudln't do it until I delete the files you said ".lck" this was on my case.
