I have searched but found nothing.
Ctrl+Alt+Tab doesn't minimaze the VM.
Also, I don't like to use Unity mode.
It's a very necessary to easy switch between Host and Guest in fullscreen mode.

Here are some choices:
The System Menu on the VMware Workstation UI: Alt+Space+[n|x]
The VMware Workstation UI, View Menu: Ctrl+Alt+Enter
Use some combination of the Hot Keys mentioned above or...
Use Windows Sysinternals Desktops v2.0 and use multiple Desktops placing your VM in one and switch between Desktops using Hot Keys.

Sorry, what is [n|x]?
Ctrl+Alt+Enter - it's too long.
Windows Sysinternals Desktops v2.0 - Thanks a lot, nice solution.
But the VMware doesn't work on the desktops except the first. But the idea is great, I just find some other soft.

Alt+Space activates the System Menu.
Alt+Space+[n|x] is either: Alt+Space+n or Alt+Space+x
If you look at the System Menu when activated by Alt+Space you'll see the "n" in Minimize is underlined and the "x" in Maximize is underlined. It's basic menu functionality and the use of square braces and pipe symbol as a separator in a syntax example is pretty much the Industry Standard method of showing options within a group.

Yeah, that would my choice If using a Windows Host as I'm just to use to natively having multiple Desktops on my OS X (or Linux) Host.

I have thought so but it didn't work in the Full Screen mode.

Is there a shortcut for Hide\Show Menu bar?
